This Privacy Policy explains how SellerFlowLive ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SellerFlowLive mobile application and the related website at sellerflowlive.com. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who the App Is For

SellerFlowLive is a tool for live-selling sellers on platforms such as TikTok and Facebook. It helps sellers view live comments, manage orders, and print order receipts to a local WiFi thermal printer. The App is intended for business use by sellers, not for the general public.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the App:

Account information. When you create an account or log in, we collect your email address and a securely managed password. Authentication is handled by Supabase, a third-party authentication and database service. Passwords are stored in a hashed, encrypted form and are never visible to us in plain text.
Order and customer details. When you use the App to manage sales, we store the order information you enter or import, such as customer names, product details, quantities, prices, and order status. This data belongs to you, the seller, and is used to run your live-selling operations.
Connected platform data. If you connect a TikTok or Facebook live session, the App receives live comments and related public interaction data from that session so it can display them to you in real time. We process this data to show your live feed; we do not use it for advertising.
Technical information. Like most apps, basic technical data (such as connection logs and error information) may be processed to keep the service running and secure.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or any data unrelated to running your live-selling business.

3. How We Use Your Information

To let you log in securely and access your own account.
To display live comments from your connected TikTok or Facebook session.
To store and manage your orders and customer records.
To send order receipts to your own local WiFi thermal printer.
To maintain the security and reliability of the App.

4. WiFi Printing

The App can send order receipts directly to a thermal printer on your own local network (for example, over WiFi to a printer you operate). This printing happens between your device and your printer. Receipt data sent to your printer is not transmitted to us for this purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the App work:

Supabase — for secure login (authentication) and database storage.
Hosting providers (such as Vercel and Render) — for running the website and backend services.
TikTok and Facebook — only when you choose to connect a live session, and only as needed to receive your live comments.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, secure authentication tokens, and access controls (row-level security) so that each seller can only access their own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account and order data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see below).

8. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To do so, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by sellers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
